The house was built in 1988 on a total land area of 230 sq.wah, which is equivalent to 920 sq. meters. The location of the house is right at the corner with a relatively small road frontage. Both neighbours are relatively far away, which makes the whole garden very airy. It was the first house, which was completed within the Moo Baan and as such the best location was chosen.
