A Space Asoke-Ratchada is a development of multiple mid rise level towers, positioned around about 600 meters walk from the Rama IX MRT junction where you will also find Central World, Fortune Tower and Big C. Great value for money in these homes as they are just a little bigger than many of the same era, this one coming in at 35sqm and a price way way below most that are in excess of 100,000/sqm. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for to be honest. So, if you are in this market range, please do not come along expecting it to be like the Circle, or the Millennium. It is what it is and in my opinion, these represent in many ways better value for money. They are nice homes, you still get a pool and gym and car parking with security. Location wise, close enough to walk to the shops mentioned alongside the MRT, so what is it you have not got here -
