Avenue 61 is quite a premium sort of development, though by no means 5 star. Set a few hundred meters down Sukhumvit 61, it retains a nice level of peace and quiet, while being still conveniently close to the BTS at Ekamai, as well as that array of shops in the mall next door as well as gateway mall opposite. On offer for rent here at Avenue 61 is a large, fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath home for you. As you can see, it has a western style kitchen for you along with a built in oven, which is not so common in the Bangkok rental market. Good sized living room and 2 double bedrooms along with two bathrooms, nice size balcony with some good views of the swimming pool here. Very nice place to live, a real ‘Avenue’ style street in the heart of this monstrous city.
