Siri at Sukhumvit is a superb high end brand name condo development in the highly desired Thongklor part of downtown Bangkok. It is literally two minutes stroll from the BTS where you will also find a large selection of street vendors, a 7 eleven and of course nearby are all those renowned hip and chic Thonglor bars and restaurants. On offer for sale here a pretty typical 2 bed 2 bath which the owner says is rented at 70,000/month, although we think a typical rental figure would be more like 60-65,000/month. This is a high class condo and development and as such is a good investment as its value should not drop like a stone should there be any price issues in Bangkok. High quality homes always retain value better of course.
