Usually needed

• Copy of owner ID or company document
• House registration book / property registration details
• Full property address
• Tenant passport photo page
• Latest entry stamp / visa page if required
• Arrival or stay details

Simple 3 steps

1. Owner or authorized agent logs in to the official TM30 online system.
2. Submit the tenant stay details and property address.
3. Save or screenshot the TM30 receipt / proof.

TM30 Offline

Best when online filing is not available, login access is missing, or local immigration requires in-person submission.

If the owner / landlord goes

• Owner ID card copy
• House registration book copy
• Property ownership or address document if needed
• Tenant passport copy
• Tenant visa / entry stamp copy if needed
• Lease agreement or stay confirmation if requested

If the tenant goes

• Tenant passport
• Passport photo page copy
• Visa / entry stamp copy
• Lease agreement or stay proof
• Property address
• Owner ID copy
• House registration book copy
• TM30 form if required by local office

If an agent / property manager goes

• Power of Attorney from owner or authorized person
• Agent ID / passport copy
